My File Won't Save And The App Says To Check My Internet Connection. What Do I Do?

There are a few reasons why this can happen (we're working on more specific error messages) Here are a few things to try when troubleshooting:

 


  • Try re-saving the document manually: 

    1. Tap the document's orange tab

    2. Select "save to"

    3. Choose the location you want the document saved.

  • Try changing the name of the file slightly (e.g. add a number to the end).
  • Try opening a copy of the document and work from the copy.
  • Try saving the file to another storage location.
  • Try removing and re-adding the storage location.
