How to Print an Annotated File from iAnnotate

Print files directly from the app with a few simple steps.

Follow these instructions to print a document from iAnnotate.

Start in document in view - this means the file you'd like to print is open.

1. Tap the share icon in the top right corner (the icon looks like a box with an arrow pointing out of the top)
2. Change or verify the document type is a "Flattened PDF" by tapping "Document Type", then choosing "Flattened PDF".
   Note: You can further customize your print options by tapping "Advanced" then choosing to print an annotation summary, annotated pages only, or specific page ranges. 
3. Once you've customized your print options, tap "Share" written in blue text.
4. Select "Print" within the native iOS sharing modal and then follow printing prompts as needed (i.e. select your printer, the number of copies, paper size, layout, etc.)
5. Tap "Print" once more within the printing menu.
